I started this new workout today. I am going with a 5 day workout/ One body part per day and arms in one day.
Chest
Flat bench barbell
Bar x 10 reps
95 x 10
135 x 12 (could have done 2-3 more)
165 x 10 (could have done 2 more)
185 x 6 (good failure)
205 x 3 (good failure)
Incline Barbell
135 x 10
135 x 7
135 x 4
135 x 4
every set was good failure.
Flat DB Flyes
25 x 10 x 4 sets
Any help here would be great.
Should I be adding / dropping weight to make sure I get the right number of reps. This was my first workout using this method.

I started lifting in 1992. I have not lifted heavy in years. I have been on a 3 on 1 off for a while. My goal is to be 10 % at 190 lbs.
Diet is in check.
