My current stats 6'2" 214lbs 20%bf 31 years old.
Last year at this time I was 338lbs with over 30%bf I workout regularly and follow a strict diet. My main goal is to get my bf% down to 12%. Since reading I have upped my cardio and will continue to do so. I am still reading about diets, workouts, and dosing. I have not really seen any posts about test to change their bf% just gains. Of course gains would be nice but with a good workout routine and diet What is a reasonable amount of bf% that can be dropped in a cycle? and once pct is over would my bf% skyrocket again?
