On my cable they have workout routines on demand . They have Kendra ( from girls next door /playboy ). She's doing a football exercise program with kick-backs running back and forth . The idea was how hot she is after popping out a kid I guess .

Hey you don't have to do any of this, if not just for entertainment purposes .
I have the insanity dvd's. I do the ab workouts from there. I really prefer to workout at a gym. I don't know why but I working out at home just isnt for me.
