IMO, this low ab fat deposit is largely genetic. I once asked one these genetic freaks what they did to get rid of the extra fat around their lower abs and he said "I just cut chocolate out". Typical meathead. Everybody always says do cardio to get rid of that last bit of fat around the lower abs. This is what I say to that

. When I used cardio and strict diet, all it did was atrophy my muscle mass and make me skinny-fat. Sure my abdomen was ripped, but I was only a 169lbs at 6 feet tall. I was getting pushed around in martial arts class because I was weak and too light for my height. If you aren't blessed with super genetics; AAS and clenbuterol are the way to go. T3 is too catabolic for my liking, plus I don't want to deal with the rebound effect.
