Wondering what you thought of my 4 day split...
i eat surplus of 200 calories above maintenance on workout days
and i eat 200 deficit on rest days which equals weekly maintenance
MONDAY - CHEST/BICEPS
TUESDAY - REST
WEDNESDAY - LEGS
THURSDAY - SHOULDERS/TRICEPS
FRIDAY - REST
SATURDAY - BACK/TRAPS
SUNDAY - REST/HITT CARDIO SESSION IF BODY FAT INCREASES
what you think
