So here's my deal. I have a large wooded area next to my house. I am planning on going in there tomorrow with my four wheeler and a machete and cut me a nice running trail. I am tired of running on the highway i am going to end up hit by a car. Also a nature trail seems more fun and better for my feet right? Should I maybe make this trail more like an obstacle course maybe? Like a boot camp type thing? I could bring my chainsaw and lay a couple trees down across the trail and maybe throw some tires or something in there? Maybe a rope climb into a tree at the end? What do you think? Or is it better to keep a steady pace running as far as fat burning goes? I also think it will be fun to make this trail. Any ideas anyone??
