Hey guys, long term lurker finally decided to join.

So before I even consider cycling I want my BF under 10%. I am not interested in cutting carbs out because that just keep me tired all day. I was recommended by a friend who is also a client of mine to look into clen and t3. My diet is in check and I do cardio 6 days a week, with 3 days dedicated to cardio where I do up to 75 mins of it. My BF was up at 21% and I have got it down to 14% with the use of caffeine and now I am looking for the next step.

So back to the question. I have always read that steroids should not be taken until 25, but never anything about clen to T3... Is there a minimum age for the use of clen or T3?
