Yeah no shit, Clen makes my eye twitch, shit is annoying and embarrassing lol. As for 120mcg, thats a bit high. Like i said start at 25 and slowly go up.

Im telling you tho, if you lower ur cals to 2500 and keep protein high, youll lose fat for sure.
