I'm 36 5'11 247lbs finally found out my actual body fat % it wasn't the 25% i thought it was it's actually 18%. shooting for 10 or less. any suggestions on how I can split up a 5 day work out week with cardio to lose as much body fat while gaining lean muscle and definition as possible? Are the myths that it's bad to do a lot of cardio on the same day as weight training true? Thanks for the advice in advance!
