Okay I love peanut butter going to try some natural peanut butter but in the meantime I have been eating "Simply Jif". for 2 Tablespoons (190 calories) it contains only 2 grams of sugar, 6 grams of carbs, 16 grams of fat, and 8 grams of protein.
