    Unhappy Forearm pain

I have a f-ing pain in my forearms when I do barbell curls...and it hurts really bad....I think it's an inflamation or something like this, I searched on google and other guys have experienced this type of pain too...

    What do you recommend?

Is that the inside of the arm?

You need to rest it, things like Golfers elbow( could be what you have) take a bit of time to come good. See a doctor to comfirm what the injury is.

Stretches are good for tendon issues, also the best thing I have done for my forearm injuies was to keep the arm straight when sleeping. Arms bent at night keep pressure on the tendons and they don't never heal. Splint them up if you have to, you will notice the change after the first night.

It is golfers elbow and there is no need to see a doc.

it's one of the more excrutitating pains in the effing world and I bet it happens as soon as you put the barbell or curl bar down, right? It just radiates through your forearm and then through your enitre body. It sucks because it's on a delay and I know it's coming, I just can't get around doing curls. Curl, drop bar, pause three seconds, insert freight truck running through your entire body.

I ice my forearm after every sesion and do a few fets of light forearm curls EVERy day....it will go away. Probably come back is 6 months or so, but it will go away.

This maybe a bit extreme/rare but you may want to search "compartment syndrome"
