    Sticky fat

    Hi folks,
    Need some advise on getting rid of some sticky fat around my abs and hips.

    I'm currently half way through a cycle, using a Tren Mast and Test blend called 1rip. I'm also taking 60mcg of Clenbuterol tablets using the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off protocol.

    I have seen good results so far with this combo but would like to know if there is anything else I could do to help tighten up my abs.
    Its more like water than fat tbh. I train abs 3 times per week btw.

    i dont care how much u work abs if your diet isnt perfect and you better be doin plenty of cardio u aint getting rid of it

    I don't care if you care or not, i'm just supplying information for those who would like to provide good feedback. I know that diet and cardio is important, but so is increasing the size of your abs by working them out regularly!

    Take a look at the nutrition section.....you need a strict diet focusing on the right types of carbs/proteins/fats and timing for all.

    What are your stats?

    Thanks Frank for the good f/b

    Stats:
    40 years old
    6 foot
    201 pounds
    b/fat% not sure but pretty lean
    5 years serious training
    been cycling on and off for 2 years

    IMO,try using anavar. 50mg/day for at least 6-8weeks.
    based in my experienced, my abs was totally ripped! not only ripped but also hard. sometimes i cant do much abs anymore because i feel like my abs are over pumped feels like cramping. plus overall physq will be ripped and hard.

    Beefing up your abs (if the muscles aren't very visible) is only going to make you look fatter.
    Either way you look at it, diet and cardio should be your main priority, not beefing up your abs using heavy weights (as far as aesthetics go).

    with out super diet and lots of cardio the sun will never shine
