Hi folks,
Need some advise on getting rid of some sticky fat around my abs and hips.
I'm currently half way through a cycle, using a Tren Mast and Test blend called 1rip. I'm also taking 60mcg of Clenbuterol tablets using the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off protocol.
I have seen good results so far with this combo but would like to know if there is anything else I could do to help tighten up my abs.
Its more like water than fat tbh. I train abs 3 times per week btw.
