Yeah, you dont turn fat into muscle.

You can build new muscle tissue by training, dieting and resting correctly (remember that muscle grows when resting not training), weight training can help reduce fat as long as your diet is on point.....
Do not ask me for a source check.

Chest exercises such as the barbell/dumbbell bench will give them a bit of lift but wont really make them firmer since they are adipose tissue and not muscle.

Yes, it is scientifically impossible for fat to turn into muscle or muscle to turn into fat, as ignorant people always try to tell us weight lifters that when we get old and stop lifting all of that muscle will turn into fat! Muscle does have a metabolic rate though (it generates heat, even at rest) which burns more calories, which, as Matt pointed out, burns fat if your diet is right. Incline bench, especially upper/inner should pull the breasts up more, if you are on a good diet as well the breast will reduce in size and appear/become firmer overall.

Yes, it is called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS for short and it is perfectly natural and normal when you lift weights. I am sure there are quite a few theories about what causes it but the overall consensus is that it is caused by small micro-tears in the muscle as a result of weightlifting.
