    Cycle complete ready for pct

    Cycle is finally over and Now the focus on keeping gains seems more scarier than the cycle itself. I have read marcus's thread on keeping gains(thank you Marcus) and will use all the methods he discussed. I am interested in hearing from other members and their successful tips on keeping gains.
    Pct will include clomid/nolvadex and will start 12/23
    Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Cycle was test e 500mgs p/w
    Thanks to all who gave their time to advice me, pre, during, and now post cycle

    i finished a similar cycle about 3 months ago... i can tell you this from my experience.
    expect to drop about 10lbs of water in the first two weeks....
    you will need to increase your calories substantially, otherwise your weight loss will continue

    if you're not on creatine now would be a great time to start...

    i usually cycle off the creatine when i cycle on the aas and vice versa

    my pct was nolva 20/20/20/10
    clomid 50/50/50/25

    and worked great... i have heard anything over 20mgs on nolva is wasting it (no added benefit)

    mbmetc - looks like the game plan worked abs /waiste and stomach look awesome cant weight to see that in my stomach if i do ? as well as everything else im sure also looks great hard to see in pic? give us a pose pic bro lets see chest / shoulders/ biceps bro ,pumped 4 ya, just hide the face if thats a prob. just curious is waist still at 32 looks super narrow .

    lats came in good i get nice spread, no pics till pct is complete. hahaha. weist is still 32" at 200lbs today

    what were you starting stats>ending stats directly after cycle, an update every week would be nice to see how your gains were kept.

    You look good, diet + excerise is key now, goodluck brother.

    @Upperhandy, I have a buddy who does the creatine and enjoys it. What exacly does it do for you?

    cycle was built around a lean bulk i weight trained 4 x a week max at 6 -8 reps pushed to increas weight throughout, cardio 4x pw at 45 mins , cal were (300 or 400) over maintenance 300 on off days. started at 185 weighed in today at 200 15lb gain and reduced bf% not sure how much yet until i flush water. over all happy with results i think i got what i wanted if i keep 8-10lbs i'll be happy. it was also more important for me to see strength gains i was at a deadlock for some time and i broke through these barriers ten fold

    As you approach the end of your cycle and your going into pct make sure your calories suit your new found weight, adjustments need to be made as you increase in body weight many dont and start to lose as soon as they go into pct. You will also need to eat over maintenance once your in pct, adding supps such as creatine can be of great benefit, you also need to keep the intensity up in the gym but drop the volume and if you feel like an extra days rest take it. Your standard pct should be fine.

    With a lean diet and exercise you should keep your desired 8-10LBS and gains in strength.

    Also are you on the shorter side, say 5'6-5'8?
    I weight in around 175lbs and I dont have as much mass as you, perhaps because im 6'0

    Is your avy before or after cycle?

    marcus, how do you feel about creatine if you already take it, should you cycle off before an ass cycle and take after? or should i just stay on it
