cycle was built around a lean bulk i weight trained 4 x a week max at 6 -8 reps pushed to increas weight throughout, cardio 4x pw at 45 mins , cal were (300 or 400) over maintenance 300 on off days. started at 185 weighed in today at 200 15lb gain and reduced bf% not sure how much yet until i flush water. over all happy with results i think i got what i wanted if i keep 8-10lbs i'll be happy. it was also more important for me to see strength gains i was at a deadlock for some time and i broke through these barriers ten fold
