I'm currently going to the gym about 5 days a week (m-f, roughly) but i'm reading on the web that it's better to go day on, day off.
I'm thinking of switching to Mon,Wed,Fri,Sun.
Any thoughts on this ? I'm 5'10" 150 lbs, up from 140ish when i started about 5 weeks ago. Lifting heavy stuff (heavy as i can) .. trying get bigger/stronger.
