I am 49yrs old. About two years ago I decided I was over being fat. I am 6' 1" and was 237lbs. All around my mid section. So I got down to 188 not by the best methods I am sure but did. Then 13 months ago I started weight training. Hav only gained 8lbs. And can one get size gains by working a body part once a week? I work body parts twice a week now and stay at the gym for one and a half to two hours? I go six days a week. I like going and I think I work pretty hard. I try and work with as much weight as possiable each movement 4 to 5 sets min of 10 plus reps. I am open to any ideas on this?
