Hey guys,
Got a noob question to ask ... im 230 lbs and 5'11, with the extra weight being in my stomach ...
So I was wondering if I should hit the cardio up for a few months to get my weight under control or if its ok to also lift at the same time?
And of coarse I joined this "steriod" forum for a reason ... when is it recommended to even think about doing my first cycle?
Im reading like crazy at the moment, and buying a bumch of new equipment for home ... hope to turn my life around and get into great shape.
Now back to the stickies! Been reading for 4 hours my eyes are bugging! lol
