    Loose weight first before lifting?

    Hey guys,

    Got a noob question to ask ... im 230 lbs and 5'11, with the extra weight being in my stomach ...

    So I was wondering if I should hit the cardio up for a few months to get my weight under control or if its ok to also lift at the same time?

    And of coarse I joined this "steriod" forum for a reason ... when is it recommended to even think about doing my first cycle?

    Im reading like crazy at the moment, and buying a bumch of new equipment for home ... hope to turn my life around and get into great shape.

    Now back to the stickies! Been reading for 4 hours my eyes are bugging! lol

    hey mate.

    start lifting weights as well as cardio. this will help reduce fat quicker.

    but to remove the fat you need to have a diet. i suggies post your diet up in the diet section so you can get assist to drop the fat.

    stay away from the steroids for now. but def so some research on it

    I was just going to follow a diet that I had found on the bodybuilding forum ... it looks like this ...

    Week 1 Diet:

    The diet consists of six meals per day spaced every two to three hours. Each meal has one portion of protein and one portion of carbs to it. (Except last meal)

    Example: Meal 1 might be 10 egg whites with 1 cup of cooked oats.

    Meal 2: 6.5 oz skinless lean chicken breast with one cup (7oz, 200g) of sweet potato.

    Meal 3: 6.5 oz lean ground turkey with one cup (7oz, 200g) of red potato

    Meal 4: 6.5 oz salmon with one cup cooked quinoa

    Meal 5: Post workout shake consisting of two scoops whey isolate and two scoops Vitargo S2

    Meal 6: (Last meal of the day is always red meat, i.e. extra lean ground beef, lean sirloin steak, etc.) 6.5 oz extra lean ground beef with 1/3 cup raw almonds

    Of coarse he has a few bits and peices he changes around to make it less boring, but I would like to stick to something strict like this ...

    I would even like to get my own personal diet if possible ... I don't mind paying for a professional service either.

    Alright mate, post up your proposed diet in a new thread in the diet section. There are so many guys in that section who are willing to help, they will ship that diet into perfect shape for you. When you post it, make sure to post your current weight, your bf%, a picture if possible and your goals for the future. You'll get all the help you need there

    Definitely drop some fat first.

    From everything that I have read, the more fat you have when doing a cycle the greater your chances are of getting gyno.

    state your Stats. e.g. age. hieght, fat.

    and your goals.

    you will get a huge response.

    although diet doesnt look bad. but it can be better
