    Goal: reach 200lbs naturally and if I can get bigger than that keep going

    my diet now is usually 4-5 eggs in the morning, fruit then for lunch 2 tuna fish sandwiches and for dinner whatever my mom makes I'm guessing it can't be more than 2300calories a day

    I'm willing to spend almost everything I make from my parttime job on food since it's one of the best anabolic supplements around lol here is what I was thinking

    Breakfast = 1468cals 135grams protein

    10 ounces of steak = 533cals 85 grams protein
    3 cups brown rice = 655cals 13 grams protein
    2 eggs = 180cals 12 grams protein
    1 scoop whey protein = 100cals 25 grams protein
    1 cup broccoli (for health)
    1 fruit (for health)

    Lunch = 1468cals 135grams protein

    10 ounces of steak = 533cals 85 grams protein
    3 cups brown rice = 655cals 13 grams protein
    2 eggs = 180cals 12 grams protein
    1 scoop whey protein = 100cals 25 grams protein
    1 cup broccoli (for health)
    1 fruit (for health)

    Dinner = 1468cals 135grams protein

    10 ounces of steak = 533cals 85 grams protein
    3 cups brown rice = 655cals 13 grams protein
    2 eggs = 180cals 12 grams protein
    1 scoop whey protein = 100cals 25 grams protein
    1 cup broccoli (for health)

    I might supplement with a multivitamin and fish oils possibly some creatine

    everything added it equals to about 400 grams protein, 400 grams carbs and 4500 calories I don't care about fat intake because I'm simply trying to gain mass I've never lost sight of my abs before and it might be interesting to do so lol
    Are you sure you are only 18 ?????
    You are seriously on your sh!t for being 18 Bro! I'm impressed.
    AWESOME goal!
    Your right about the diet being the most important.

    Your diet looks good. (wow thats a lot of cals) I would complain about the amount of cals but you have a 6 pack so if it ain't broke...
    You would do better spreading out the meals into 6 if possible.
    Get a good high protien, no carb, very little fat meal minutes before bed.
    Other than those things GREAT job. Go do your thing!

    So let's sum it up:
    Attitude - Check
    Diet - Check
    Workout - ??? What are you doing?? My advise - Lift HEAVY to grow. To get what you never had - You gotta do what you never did!

    i would replace the steak in second meal by chicken, and by tilapia in third meal.
    I would replace brown rice in the first meal by oats, and replace it by pasta in the 2nd OR 3rd.

    Getting your protein and carbs all from the same source all the time is no good. Diversification is your friend.

    And i believe you should split all of this into 6 meals instead of 3 big ones.

    Drop the whey in all your meals and add 50g whey directly after your workout with a piece of meat and a good source of carbs, like 2 cups of oats.

    Deffinately reduce steak to 8oz. And replace some of those protien sources to tuna,chicken breast, turkey breast etc. Incorporate some EFA bro.Have to split those meals bud. 4-5 meals is ideal, I'm sure you have school or work?

    Hope you line up a Pre and post work out meals as well...

    The guys here have you sorted out. The biggest issue right now is the 3 meals/day thing - you've GOTTA find a way to change that - 6 would be the minimum IMO, more would be better. Taking in massive amounts of food (the diet above is just that) in one sitting won't make you grow faster; it'll make you store bodyfat.

    The body can only process so much at a time, and the rest will be a combination of waste and stored bodyfat. My .02

    please tell me what is incorect in proposing alternate protein and carb sources, as well as proposing to reduce the whey considering nearly 120g of protein in a single sitting is NOT gonna be absorbed fully by the body, thus no point in adding even more protein.

    The steak is fine. No need to change it if that is what he likes.
    No need to change his carb source either. The rice is just fine. The oats you suggest would be fine but they also increase fat intake. You suggest pasta and that is a Very dangerous suggestion. What pasta do you recommend that is as good as rice. I am not aware of any that exist.
    Maybe I should not have said "incorrect" (except the pasta) just completely unnecessary and could be steering him in the wrong direction. Oh and the idea that you need to diversify foods is 100% incorrect. Not anywhere near true.
    As far as the meal split. That advise was right on.
    Was not trying to offend. Just didn't want the guy to change it all up based on incorrect ideas. All he needs to do is split the meals and he is fine.
