    Clenbuterol Help!

    Ok I'm new to the site but have been reading around for a few weeks. I keep hearing different things and I really need someone to clear up some things for me. I have read the clenbuterol handbook (http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?23808) and that helped a lot but I still have a few unanswered questions that I would greatly appreciate if someone would just answer directly and plain out.
    First off some basic info: I'm a 20 year old male, 182 lbs, kinda chubby but not fat. I'm taking clen to lose weight. I have a decent diet and run as often as I can, lifting weights occasionally. I purchased clen from ar-r.com along with keto. I look at the sample cycles of clen on the clenbuterol handbook thread and become somewhat confused. I understand that these are cycles for using only clen, but what would a sample cycle be if one is using keto too? Also, how should I disperse the dosage throughout the day? Should I take it at one time? What time of day (I know before 4pm), or how long before my workout? Also, what should I eat? The example for the weight loss diet plan on the clen handbook kind of seems sort of counter productive to me (then again, I don't know much so if someone could please explain that too, that would be amazing). Ok, so I know, a lot of questions, my bad but I really need help. Thank you in advance.

    I have never taken keto with clen, most don't and just do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

    But I start out at 100mcg and work up to 180 in 20mcg increments for the rest of a 2 week period.

    You didn't mention your height but at 180 I don't see why you would need a straight 6-8 week run. You will lose a lot of muscle that way opposed to doing 2 weeks on/off.

    Start out at about 80mcg and see how you react, and then adjust the dose accordingly. I would go above 160mcg if you plan on running it for an extended period of time with no break.

    take it in the AM if you can handle the gitters. If running for longer than two weeks take benadryl for a week every third week right before you go to bed. 120mcg is an average dose but it is recomended to start low and build up to it since some people are very sensitive

    I use it 40 minutes before cardio and have had good results.

    I take clen (full dosage) early in the morning because it does mess with my sleep. Run the clen for 2 weeks starting at 20mcg and ramping up quickly to 100-150mcg. After 2 weeks I start ketotifen at 1mg/day and take it at night because it makes you drowsy.
