Hi room, new here
My first time in serious training for defintion and getting CV look
Previously been pyramid training .. changing routines every 6 weeks
also drop sets
I have never trained souly on defintion mainly on bulking and from my weight and BF thinks its time to.
Height - 5 10ft
Weight - 95 kilo
BF-20%
Age- 21
looking to train 4 days a week with my days off 30-45min cardio first thing in the morning
any ideas on training routines or ideas on times to train would be apprecited !
