First let me start by saying my body type is ectomorph. Im all legs and arms. I have been traing for a little over ten years. Here's the deal. I don't neglect my legs at all! Waist up I put on great size for my body type. Only problem im starting to look like the douchebag who doesn't work his legs. I do squats,leg press, stiff legs, lunges. I even hired a personal trainer at one point for just my legs. Results we're little size increase but they got alot stronger. People keep telling me genetics both parents were tall and skinny. But why does my upper body respond so much better? Am I just destined to wear jeans forever? Any help or advice im all ears.
