Split them up. Chances are you will over-train if you work the same body parts 4 days a week.

I do a full body workout 3 days a week after a long layoff from the gym to get my muscles and joints back into the groove.
I always put squat, bench and deadlift as my first 3 exercises then ad two others for different body parts. I will do this 4-8 weeks until I am comfortable.
