Yeah, so I live in a remote town. No gym here.
I'm looking for a quality, inexpensive home gym. Has anybody got any recommendations?
TIA

Im not sure what recommendations you are looking for. Are you asking which equipment you should buy or what brand
Yeah, I wasn't sure if I was being specific enough. Basically I know you can get those single machines that allow you to do multiple exercises. I figured that would be my best option. I don't want to spend more than a couple of grand. You can get this kind of thing http://www.fitnesswarehouse.com.au/P...Group=Products
Is that what I should get? I dunno... Skinny noob needs help.![]()
No.
Get a quality oly bar, and a quality cage, and some rubber coated plates.
Do it once, and do it right.
That's what I think.
Something like this? http://www.fitnessgiant.com/pocagymset.html
I don't know about "Olympic Quality". It's not like I'm a bodybuilder or anything...
That set would be fine, I know there are some cheaper sets out there though that may still be high quality. By "Olympic Quality" basically they mean it meets standards that most gyms have. Most 7ft barbells out there are olympic, you really should steer clear of anything that doesn't meet those specifications.
