I was wondering if any of u more experienced users had any workout tips for maintaining gains post-cycle. Should I attempt to maintain the exact same routine... or adjust frequency/weight/reps in some way?

take your pct and keep lifting big and heavy. to insure that you keep the gains from on cycle you need to make sure ur diet and routine is really good and continuing to make your body work and need the newly added muscle.
ok.. so as long as I keep at my routine/diet and use proper pct I should do okay at maintaining gains?
