Bros, i dont know if there is a name for this but try this.
If you want to switch it up when your at platue or jus a difrent burn what i did 4 lets say bench! im at 120kg 4 8reps i droped the weight to 50kg assume the position take bar off and lower very slowly say 8secs do not stop at bottem 4 stretch take to just above chest like a cm above then up 4 8secs and do not lock it out at the top the aim is to keep the weight moving very slowly. You will feel a outstandin pump aim 4 fatigue you do it right you shouldnt get past 10reps. This can be applied for evry muscle jus dont lock or stop the motion.
