i am fresh off of a cycle, finished pct and 4weeks ago i suffered a level 3 shoulder separation...i am not looking for any simpathy guys just some creative solutions to staying active while i await surgery and the recovery process....bare in mind that I am not so much an idiot but my mind is fixated on the devestation that this surgery is going to do to all my gains and hard work, just throw out some serious "helpfull" ideas that might help keep my mind in the right place to rebuild and heal this injury and ideas to keep my body from becoming jello!!!
