Bump
I would love more info on this as well! ^^^^
I've been lifting on and off in some way or another since i was 18. I'm now 35. I decided to start cycling late last year and did a few short cycles and PCT to get my feet wet. I'm a sponge for knowledge. Especially those things that are of interest. I thought I already knew how to eat, train, and besides AAS, supplement.
You could never go wrong from starting at the begging of Ronnie thread and reading his input all the way through. I wish I would have done that a year ago before I even went to the gym. His info is certainly going to elevate your game.
As for the SS training. There are some very good things on the form and a lot of guys know what they are doing, but IMO Ronnie's stuff is the most well rounded approach to improving you body. Certainly some may have to do with your goals, but IMO his methods can be tailored for the rec lift to the pro.
Just my thoughts.
I have applied his lifting strategies for a few months and like it more than anything I have done. I am just now in the front part of my first AAS cycle using his reload, deload methods. I can comment on that better down the road.
