    Wink Ulitimate shake

    3 cups of raw oats 900 calories 30 grams of Protein
    3 cups of milk 450 calories 28 grams of Protein
    2 cups of ice cream 560 calories 8 grams of Protein
    1 cup of peanut butter 1517 calories 64 grams of Protein
    1 banana 120 calories 1.5 grams

    what do you guys think of my shake :P

    I am very curious where you find Skim Milk that has 9.3g/protein per cup (250 mL) and 150 calories. SKim Milk should have 70-90cals per cup O_o. Must be some magical cows.

    Point of this shake is?

    Your liver cannot process that much protein in one serving and the excess protein would get converted to glucose..

    Id like to know how many grams of fat in that shake also.

    Where did you read the "liver cannot process that much protein" as I dont agree with it. The body will take as long is it takes and try to digest all of it. The statement of your body cannot digest more than 50-60g in a single sitting is bullshit from my research.

    Excess dietary protein increases protein oxidation, impairing fat oxidation; more of your daily fat intake is stored as fat.

    220g fat with vanilla ice cream,whole milk, old fashioned quaker oats, and regular creamy peanut butter

    Learnt it in a lecture at uni, it's why we split our protein consumption into 6-7 meals throughout the day.

    a bit late for an Aprils fools joke.. or are you serious about that shake? FG has it down right.. you want a shake try this
    100g ground oats
    6 egg whites
    2 scoops whey
    1 small banana
    1 handful rasberries/blueberries
    1tbsp splenda
    16fl oz(500ml) water
    700~ calories.. 90g protein, 110g carbs
    makes 1 liter (32oz) total
    blend and enjoy..
    if you want to add skim milk go for it..
