Where did you read the "liver cannot process that much protein" as I dont agree with it. The body will take as long is it takes and try to digest all of it. The statement of your body cannot digest more than 50-60g in a single sitting is bullshit from my research.
Excess dietary protein increases protein oxidation, impairing fat oxidation; more of your daily fat intake is stored as fat.
