    Point of this shake is?

    Your liver cannot process that much protein in one serving and the excess protein would get converted to glucose..

    Id like to know how many grams of fat in that shake also.

    Where did you read the "liver cannot process that much protein" as I dont agree with it. The body will take as long is it takes and try to digest all of it. The statement of your body cannot digest more than 50-60g in a single sitting is bullshit from my research.

    Excess dietary protein increases protein oxidation, impairing fat oxidation; more of your daily fat intake is stored as fat.

    Learnt it in a lecture at uni, it's why we split our protein consumption into 6-7 meals throughout the day.

    220g fat with vanilla ice cream,whole milk, old fashioned quaker oats, and regular creamy peanut butter
