Which Test is best?

I'm 22 and am looking to run my first cycle of test. I have taken som PH's but thats it so far. I have done some research but still can't decide just what i want to do. I like the idea of twice a week injections with Cyp or Enth but i dont want the water retention. I'm seriously considering running prop since it doesn't bloat as bad. Also im curious as to how you are supposed to not bloat on prop but you will bloat with Test suspension since there is no ester at all.
I know I'm asking a lot of questions but since this is my forst time I wanna do it right. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

First you're a little young to be looking at steroids right now. You will be taking a big chance at messing up your HPTA at 22 years old. Running test e or cyp doesn't always mean that you're going to bloat. A lot of that depends on your diet. Typically people(myself included) like to run long esters together,ie:deca/test e, and short esters together like prop/tren for example.
Do some more research and educate yourself a little more before embarking on a cycle. I recommend that you hit the weights hard and get your diet in check first.

its generally agreed that u get better results from shorter esters, because u get more actuall steroid per dose and u get a faster action. for ur first cycle i would say enanthate is a safe bet for some good results. u can still bloat on prop and test suspension, from what i know the bloating is more so down to what anti-estrogen u use, wht ur diet is like and what ur cardio is like.

22 is younger then what most people consent as a good age. marcus and alot of other respected guys on here say 24. hoesntly, i dont know enough to give u an answer. it can change alot from person to person. some people's HPTA function is fully developed by 21, others its 25.

I appreciate all the advice so far. Idk if my HTPA function is fully developed yet or not but i do know that I have def stopped growing. I was 6' when I was 12 and so I have only grown ab 3 inches in 10 years.

You don't need to cycle, you need to go to the diet section and learn how to eat properly and train properly to grow. STEROIDS DO NOTHING EXCEPT BURN A HOLE IN YOUR WALLET WITHOUT PROPER DIET AND TRAINING.

I can't stress that enough. Growth is not just physical, it's also biological. EVERY MALES' HORMONE LEVELS FLUCTUATE SIGNIFICANTLY UNTIL AGE 25. Even after age 25, your hormone levels still change, just not as substantially. For example, I got my test levels checked three weeks ago, got 11.2 when the reference range is 10 - 35, got the levels checked again - Exact same diet and training, new value was 15.3 @ the same reference range.

You need several years of dedicated dieting and training to even have the word steroid as part of your vocabulary. Tendons and ligament tissue and fibres grow SLOWER than muscles. When young idiots and clowns go on steroids, their ego takes over. Don't tell me your the exception because your not. All of a sudden that 225 lb bench press seems like a joke, so they tack on another 40 lbs. By the third rep, their on the ground, in excruciating pain as if they are one of the victims in a Saw movie, because they tore one or both of their rotator cuffs. Guess what happens to this clown ? He gets sent to the hospital, loses most of his muscle mass, drops a good 30 lbs in the hospital since they have trash food and he's sick, oh and the smallest detail - he doesn't get to go to the gym until next year. (P.S. - Physiotherapy isn't cheaper either).

Also, the only way to know you've stopped going is to get X-rays done to see if your growth plates have closed.

I appreciate what you're saying and ill agree that my diet isnt always great but I'm not training to look great simply to get stronger. While my diet may not be perfect its not bad and as far as training does i think I am doing pretty good. I have been lifting for about 7 years and I have been training and competing as a powerlifter for the past 3. Right now i have a 500 squat, a 320 bench and a 600 DL. Everyday i train I am going for a PR. For me its all about lifting heavier every week. I cant say that i wont want to push myself harder but I have my training plan that I stick to. I am still glad to hear advice and I'm not trying to bash what you are saying at all I just wanted to at least let u know that im not some guy just trying to look good at the beach. I am a serious lifter with my mind on a big total.

Well as any lifter will tell you gains aren't created overnight. Equate your growth to running a mile versus a sprint. Keep focused for a few more years and see what you can do, then when the time is right age wise step into some AAS.

You forgot to mention that since his endocrine system will be messed up he will also be on a lifetime of TRT and since most doctors only prescribe Testim or Androgel these days, you will have to bath in that crap every single day and then wait 30 minutes for it to dry on your body before dressing, leaving a feeling like dried jizz on you and then you can no longer be around children cause the stuff rubs off on them causing premature puberty, not to mention not being able to get intimate with your G/F or wife again transferrance factor onto her causing a beard and lower voice box. But go for it....

I didnt mean i lift every day and hope for a PR. I mean everyday that i lift. I have a heavy bench session once a week and a heavy squat session once a week. Also I do a lighter dynamic effort day for bench and squats. Its a powerlifting routine. Strictly for getting stronger. Im not trying to get the best pump and see how many veins will show up. I deload every 4 weeks or so bc that kind of lifting will wear you out. I've been training like this for the past 2 years and my lifts keep going up.

It doesn't matter whether your training to look like Ronnie Coleman or to look like an underwear model, the principle is still the same kid. Diet means everything. A poor diet will make you look worse with steroids. Numbers also mean nothing. I increased my max squat by 50 lbs in 3 weeks, doesn't mean my quads are 3 inches thicker. People get way to hyped over numbers for lifts. Yeah you can Bench 320, but can you bench 320 on incline or decline ? Professional sports got to test you on something, so they picked numbers. For example a linebacker has to squat 1 and a half times his weight or some hocus pocus in University level football in Canada.


You are not going to get any advice on this board regarding Anabolic Steroid use because of your age and dieting. This board does NOT advocate steroid use for those under 25.

If you fix your diet you will improve. You also need to spend a lot more time researching. Any question you could possibly conceive is either answered in the stickies/educational thread, was previously answered and can be found using the search function, or is a question only your Doctor could exclusively answer.

what douse your quads not getting bigger have to do with anything. I dont give a crap how big my quads are. hell one of them is tiny bc i had a knee surgery and couldnt put weight on it for 6 months... I won't try to help you anymore. To think you are the 1 person in the world who doesn't have room for improvement on training shows how ignorant you are. Everyone has a different routine.

Run a cycle of test if you're so inclined, just don't come back a few years later asking why you've been diagnosed with hormone replacement therapy or asking for what excuses to tell girls on why you need a viagra every time to get one up.

Look, these guys were warning you of the dangers you subject yourself to when you do steroids. Trust me, as somebody on TRT, you DO NOT want to be on it. Besides, at your age, you're a testosterone factory still. I suggest you take advantage of that fact while you still can.

An run Sum axes Ed or eod at .25 ml run it for 8 weeks Dobt for get about Hcg to keep your nuts goin And a Pct post cycle therapy... Start using the search feature buddy

I don't blame those kids for WANTING to juice. Let's be honest here, we're all here because we want to be bigger, faster, stronger. But at that same time, these kids need to start listening to the vets on here who know a lot more about steroids than these kids do. They tell them 25 for a good reason, it increases the risks for something bad to happen by a lot. And morally, I don't know if I could live with myself if I instructed a kid on how to do something that can potentially harm them. But they do get flamed a bit.

Yes the board is here for information and if they were to take 5 mins and read through the stickys and a few threads they would see that this forum does not condone nor encourage aas before the age of 25. Every time I see a newbie wanting to cycle I just know they are going to also use the I'm done growing, I havent grown since xxx LOL Wait until you are 30 and realize you actually have grown (filled out) a lot since you where in your early 20s. Im SO glad I didnt use. Almost... several times. 18, 22, 25.... I didnt have people like this around to talk me out of it, I just got lucky. I have read 100s of post since I have been here of kids/young adults who knew they where the exception to the rule until 3, 6, 10+ months after cycle and they are having ED or other issues they cant get over or explain besides being depressed due to loosing all their gains, mood swings and their dick is only good for peeing...

It's against board rules to advise anyone (whether good or bad advise) on steroid use if they are under 25.

It's sad that those kids do that shit, but you have to also look at it like this. For every 10 or 20 guys who come on here looking to cycle, maybe one or two of them are talked out of it by the people on here. I read some threads where some vets were saying that they even got private messages of these same kids thanking them for explaining the risks and talking them out of it. Those same kids probably without a site like this would've used a hookup at the gym for all their info on steroids and possibly ****ed themselves up real good.

I'm wondering why, if the original poster is still increasing his strength consistently, does he want to go on steroids? Honestly, I don't see the point of taking the stuff if you're still growing naturally.
I'll admit, I did a ten-week cycle of Deca when I was 22, nine years ago, and though I don't have any regrets about it, I wouldn't think someone who's still making progress in the gym needs to do it. At 22 I had been training for four years, and as a tall, lean ectomorph with a super-fast metabolism, gaining muscle was a struggle. After four years of training my progress had stalled for months and I was losing my motivation. The Deca cycle helped me put on 15 pounds of muscle which I kept after the cycle, and kept me from giving up. However, just because I did it without any problems doesn't mean you'll have the same results. IMO, if your lifts are really what you say they are and you're still growing, consider yourself lucky and lay off the gear until you really need it - when you're older and you hit the limits of your genetic potential.
