I know that i am gyno prone so I have letro on hand going to start with liquid dex @.25mg ed. if gyno flares will start nolva @ 20mg ed till finished.
I think that covers my basis...
Also my goal is to gain at least 10 solid pounds after pct.

you need to run the deca at least 12-14 weeks to get some good reults,cause it doesnt kick in until about week6

I have heard that deca is long estered, but figured 10 weeks was fine i have more but i also heard it takes 3 weeks to get out of your system. thats why i stopped short. anyways another possible plan in this case would be 300mg test e 1-16 deca 1-12 300mg. which would be best btw bullseye thanks for manpower help!!

Something like this

Reload
Test E 400mgs weeks 1-8
Deca 300mgs weeks 1-8

Deload weeks 9-10 with

Test E 200mgs weeks 9-10
Deca 150mgs weeks 9-10

2nd reload

Test E bumped up to 600-800mgs weeks 11-18
Deca bumped up to 450-600mgs a week 11-18

20 weeks cycle total

Run your Hcg throughout and PCT should consist of Nolva/clomid

Its been the best cycle I've ever ran. I did a test deca reload and 2nd reload was test tren and dude ill never run a cycle again without using his method. I ran clenbuterol through my PCT along with Nolva and clomid and its helping me maintain alot of my gains and strength. I would highly advise give his method a shot!

uh oh lol, I would really think about giving it a shot man. I loved it and will never train differently but like everyone says " everybody is differen". It worked great for me and it was my first time using Tren, I cannot wait to get back on that stuff again.

yeah it'll be my first run with any 19nor deca or tren. Glad to hear you liked it hows the recovery from that intense cycle? thats my real concern.

Recovery for me for the most part has been a pretty successful one, i'll know more when I get bloodwork. Maybe a little depression and of course some gains were lost but thats with every cycle. I ran a strong PCT so in all honestly recovery wasn't horrifying at all for me just the usual when you come off a cycle of AAS. I was scared at first because Deca and Tren shut you down so hard, but I have decent energy levels and I can still get a good wood lol.

run your adex from day one and you wont ned to use caber, .5mg eod is plenty. you wont need letro, adex will do the job

IMO this is what i would do,im starting a test/deca/dbol cycle myself in sept,and also mt first time using a 19 nor,im gonna run my deca 16 weeks and my test 18 weeks,plus running dbol the first 5 weeks and aromasin 25mg ed and im going to run caber at 0.5mg twice a week,just for piece of mind and just in case,im very prone to high estrogen so thats why im running the aromasin so high and the caber

The Slingshot method is to be run is phases
Phase 1 ( reload ) weeks 1-8
Phase 2 (deload ) weeks 9-10
Phase 3 (2nd reload ) weeks 11-18
Phase 4 (deload) weeks 19-20

Then start PCT 18 days after last sust injection.

Look on page 74 i believe of Ronnie Rowlands thread and you will find my post on that page of my proposed cycle and how he told me to do it. You can do a pct during the 2 week deload but he doesnt advise it that much. You will see more examples of just dropping the dosage during the 2 week deload.

For Example: If your using 750mgs a week sust during weeks 1-8 drop to just 250mgs during your deload phase and then ramp it back up to 750mgs or 1 gram during your second reload. Get it??
