ok i was on the exercise bike with my weight and age programed. i was in fat burn mode for awhile. towards the end i started to do interval training. 30 seconds bike sprint and 1 min slow for 5 sets. on my last set i bike sprinted for 1 min and i passed the heart rate for fat burn and cardio and went into high peak.
what exactly would be the benefit to going into high peak as opposed to cardio or fat burn?
