Okay I am 5-8 185lbs I am 13 bf
I am 35 years old 5 years ago I was 210 all belly I lost the weight got absessed at got all the way down to 155 (little unhealthy) three years later I have build up to 185 I probably should be like 175 to be as lean as I would like and then I want to be defined without being a little guy. So I am after the perfect world lean muscle mass.
MY rutine is a monday through friday and I change up the days each week.
Gym time is typically an hour in 10 or so with two minutes between sets.
All my sets are 10 counts and I always do 4 sets
1.) chest 5 work outs pretty heavy
2.) Shoulders 3 heavy work outs and two burn out style
3.) Arms 6-7 work outs 5 heavy and two forearm burn outs
4.) Back 5 workouts
5.) Whatever body part I did on Monday and abbs
