Having a hard time with grip strength

I have increased my weights enough that I am now having a hard time holding onto the weight for all three sets. I bought some really stiff wrist straps but they only help so much. Are there better straps to use or some advice you guys could give me? I know it would be a no-brainer to say "add some grip strength exercises" but I figure I am taxing my grip strength as it is with every workout, so I don't see the point in working them even more.

Your grip will get better as you deadlift more. It's only with exercises like the deadlift that your grip will increase because you need to hold onto it, otherwise you drop it. Other exercises you can just stop or let go. With the deadlift you just have to hold on until you finish. Unless you want to put a hole in the floor of course. This need makes you work a bit harder and pushes your grip more. That's what I think anyway. Captains of crush are good fun. You'll be crushing bones with handshakes in no time once you get to number 3.
