Each Body Part 2x a week help

So my current split is just:
    Mon: Back
    Tues: CHest
    Wed: off
    Thurs: shoulders/legs
    Friday: Arms

Next week, however, I will increasing the amount of halotest, up to 75 a day from 50. After following several logs and noticing that my body responds well to more volume and frequency, I have decided to try and do everything two times a week (except legs, because legs are a genetic strength and are big already)

Originally I wanted to do this:

    Mon: Chest/Back
    Tues: Shoulders/arms
    Wed: Off
    Thurs:Legs
    Fri: Chest/Back
    Sat: Shoulders/arms
    Sun: off

My concerns: doing chest and back before arms will make the workout crap because of their use in compound exercises. Biceps and triceps will be sore on saturday enough to affect Mondays workout.

    Another split I thought of:

    Mon: CHest/tris
    Tuesday: Back/Bis
    Wed: Off
    Thurs: Legs
    Friday: Chest/Tris
    Sat: Back Bis
    Sun: off

This seems to be better but my concern is that triceps and biceps will be affected slightly by doing chest and back on the same day, respectively. also not sure what to do with shoulders here. (back day)

Not sure which would be better, or if some different order would work out better. I appreciate any help.

    What works for me is

mon-back, bi's and abs cardio tues-chest and tri's wed-Legs abs thurs- bi's, cardio fri-shoulders/traps tri's and abs sat- off sun abs cardio

keep in mind everyone is different and you have to find what works for you. this routine seems to work for me and gives enough rest for my major muscles in between

You are going to have to bite the bullet, if you want to train each muscle group twice a week. Your first plan is definitely better.

    Try this:
    Mon: Chest/Back - Light
    Tues: Shoulders/arms - Heavy
    Wed: Off
    Thurs:Legs - Heavy
    Fri: Chest/Back - Heavy
    Sat: Shoulders/arms - Light
    Sun: off

    Choose your abs days.

By the way, how do you know your muscles respond better to more frequency, if you haven't worked them twice a week before? You might not be working your muscle groups enough, if your muscles recover fast enough to work them twice a week. Have you thought about adding more exercises to each workout? What exercises and how many sets are you doing now?

If your working each body part twice a week then that means you are say doing tri and bi and shoulder 4 times a week , Plus if you feel you need to work out that much on each body part then i would say you are not working the muscle enough once a week . You grow when you rest not when you train , so you are not giving the body enough chance to rest and grow. I can only do each body part once a week even sometimes every 10 days as i destroy them when i train them .

    My classic 2 times a week(kind of) split;

    Day 1 Chest, shoulders, tris
    Day 2 Legs, abs
    Day 3 Back, bi's, forearms

    Day 4 Rest
    Day 5 Chest, shoulders, tri's
    Day 6 Legs, abs
    Day 7 Back, Bi's, forearms
    Day 8 Rest

Works on 8 day split, not a 7 day. Bold reps 4-6, the rest 12-18. This would be good for on cycle.
