    training help!!

    Hi guys, just a quick question, just started training again weights and boxing. Was just wondering if my training days were like this would it be ok:
    Monday = chest-tri
    Tuesday = back-bi's
    Wednesday = boxing
    Thursday = shoulders-traps
    Friday = boxing
    Saturday = legs
    Sunday = off

    I would put your shoulders with your chest and tris ,and traps, bis with back. Then your on a push pull routine . Monday chest, thu back sat legs..

    Agreed!

    Are you doing multi joint lifts...Squat, Bench, Deads and then a few assistance exercises? Such as on leg day Squat(push) DL/Rack Pulls(pull) then glute curls or leg extensions?

    Whats your goals?

    Another suggestion:
    Mon: shoulders/tris
    Tues: legs
    Wed: boxing
    Thurs: chest
    Fri: boxing
    Sat: Back/Bi

    Thanks for the replies. Could I do that routine but change tues with sat, would that still work?
