    Efa break down need plz

    EFA s up whilst in advanced stages of shredding professional advise plz
    Diet 100% 6%bf
    Macros 50p 45c(fibourse raw green veg cut out starch) 5efa
    Im wanting to advance to around 4%bf
    Thinking of changing my whole diet around to gain some more energy and futher my results!
    Eg 50p 20c 30efa
    For 30days if ok what and why would more efa be beneficial?
    Plz break it down in simple terms
    Training 6days 10 sess a week HIIT
    Weight in on Sunday 77kgflat

    I am confused on the original marcos......Are you saying you take in 50 grams protein, 45 grams fibrous carbs and 5 grams essential fatty acids?

    Edit: I see now that you're talking about your macro split of 50% - 20% -30%.

    I'm sure you already know the dangers of maintaining a BF% that low.......

    Plz don't take offense to my reply I couldn't agree more w you and it's not something I intend on maintaining budz.
    However amazed at how good I'm feeling though !

    Training really well blood sugars + ggn good...
    all in all considered Feeling good but continually cycling my F.I macros ect

    Yeah, not to be a d*ck but it doesn't sound or look too healthy....You kind of remind me of a friend I knew who was heavy and then lost all this weight...Once he became thin he was like obsessed and would never eat too many calories or too much fat in fear of becoming fat again...Does that sound like you?

    Anyhow, it took a lot of convincing on my part that he needs to ease of a bit and start doing things the right way and the healthy way....You can still be super lean and in better shape at a higher weight...Don't worry, as long as you keep on it you will never become FAT again...

    I can stay between 5-6% at 200....It's possible to gain weight and still be lean

    Good q mate! Clearly didn't want to match being in the best shape of my life once I got there decided to smash it! Also had to get down to comp weight and maintain it for a sport I do. Also experimenting with fats (efa)s
    will be around 6% from next week
