so im looking to get into tip top shape like i used to be when i played football back in hs. (im 20 now)
i lift mon-fri and i just started doing the treadmill post workout.. however im looking for more and was thinking on friday, saturday and sunday, as well as like once or twice during the week, to hit up the local high school track and doing 45min- hour of balls to the wall cardio training. for instance maybe like a mile warm up and bleachers or sprints on the field... any advice from the pros on what exactly i should do ? what would be a good routine for these track days i want to do? i dont want to over due it but at the same time i dont want to go half ass.. i want to get into great cardio shape..

200 lbs
probably 17% bodyfat (i know im just starting to lift/do cardio again)
