    Arm day routine

I am trying to bulk and this is my current split:
    Monday-back
    Tuesday-chest
    Wednesday-off
    thursday-legs
    friday-arms
    sat/sun.- off

I have always seperated bi's and tri's into two different days keeping them 3 days away from my back and chest workout. But I was told I should just do them in the same day in the same workout. So friday was my first try at this and this is what I did:
    Biceps first-
EZ bar curls (alterated grip) 4 sets 12-10 rep range
preacher curls with dumbell- 4 sets 10-8 rep range
    Triceps-
8 sets of seated overhead tricep extensions staying in the 10 rep range.
That is the only exercise that will make my triceps sore and seems to work the best.

I feel like this is not enough but if I were to do more I would be working out for over an hour. Does this look ok or do I need to add more or change exercises?

I don't know if having a separate arm day is your best bet. I remember reading that it takes 10-15 LBS of muscular body weight to get 1" on the arms.

Just add them with tris with chest and bis with back or on Friday add shoulders so it's shoulders and arms on Friday. Your arms will still grow as long your growing all over.

i change them up, i'll do bi's with back and tri's with chest for 6wks then i'll change over to doing arms on their own in one session for around 4wks.

If only doing arms on one day do supersets. (I.e. E.Z. curls immediately followed up with overhead tri extensions. 3 sets) then preachers immediately followed by overhead tri extensions 3 sets. Then hammer curls followed by skull crushers 3 sets. Not saying stick to those exercises just the system. If time spent in gym is a concern this cuts time in half and you get in all your sets.
