Experience - (6 years bodybuilding)
Biochemical Exp - 1x AASCycle , Ghrp-6 + Cjc (currently natural - 11 months)
Current workout regime (day1 chest/shoulders - 4 exercises)(day4 legs 4 exercises)(day6 Back) (havent done cardio 6 weeks)

Prefer advice from more experienced trainers please.

So i begun a physical job once again about 6 months ago and my motivation/energy has plumited since. Went to the Doc and had blood test - test/hormone levels are not the problem. Did a K-12 test and seems to be fatigue that is getting me down.
Christmas is coming up soon and im planning on taking 10 days straight rest.
When i return to gym i am wanting to train smarter not harder. I used to work with Cross-fitters and they had excellent stong physiques (although they did train everyday lol).

Just looking for some suggestions in regards to an effective 2 -3 day workout routine. Im a bit worried about losing size due to a cutback on sessions.
Want to incorperate some value for time excersises (squats,deads, 2 types of chins???)

Also will throw in some cardio when i dont feel to ****ed.

Any suggestions would be great if someone has had the same issues arrise in regards to fatigue. I just want to take a fresh approch to my training but also benefit from some time out from the norm

Also i will add that i havent got much bigger in the last year.
