    need some chest workout plan or advice

    hey pals, I need some chest workout plan or advice. My current chest size is lagging behind my back, delt, and lat muscle group.
    Any help direction would be appreicated. Thanks SG

    mostly miltary press, deadlift, bicep curl, squad, pullup, donkey calf, etc. My bench is not comfortable for chest press, it hurts my neck before...your thoughts?

    Do you mean the physical bench you lie on hurts ur neck or rather ur technique..
    This would concern me as to why ur chest is lagging..

    Do push up's hurt when you do them.
