    chest, shoudlers, tricep simple routine

    1. Weighted dips (heavy) 4 sets 6 reps
    2. Military press, strict form 4 sets 6 reps
    3. DB Inc (30deg) press 4 sets 8 reps
    4. Skullcrushers 3 sets 6/8/10 reps

this will be my push day

    what do you think?

i like dips very much, i feel the chest really better when doing them rather than flat bench. i can attach much weight, feels really heavy. and i dont have a spotter so its more comfortable for me when going near failure.

i also wonder about doing 3 sets of military and 2 sets of push press insetad of 4 sets of military

I'd put incline flye into the chest routine too... Essential to build some width I find. Tho I hate doing them

Add some lateral raises, then cable flys to finish off
