A solid diet will help more than anything else. Go to the nutrition and dieting sections of this forum and learn from the wise. A pill will not make you cut...diet will!

at 5'9 and 165 i would think you are pretty lean already. But diet and cardio are you best bet.

if u dont want to diet balance it with fat burning cardio

    bad diet = more cardio

    good diet = less cardio

and yeh carb cycle will get rid of the most fat the quickest of any diet

Are you going to be so irresponsible as to tell every person to take steroids without finding out anything about them? How do you know what his training exp is? How do you know he hasn't been training for only 2 months? You don't know without finding out more info if this guy is ready for aas! It's people like you that recommends steroids to people that have no business doing them that give aas a bad name. You didn't recommend or even speak of pct. Get IT?

As you can see I suggested in the form of a question for someone to correct me, which you did. No need to be a badass and generalize with your irrelevant comments.

if you are currently around 12%, you could lose a bit more but endurance can suffer being too lean. At your current stats, you need to lose less than 2lbs per percentage of bodyfat to drop. So if you dieted cleanly and dropped 5lbs, you would be sub 10% and thats always a good lean look.

if you are 5'9" 165 12%bf you don't have that much muscle mass to begin with. i'm not trying to sound like a dick but your best bet in my opinion is gain 5 or 10lb of muscle. more muscle= more calories and fat burned.

but not everyone wants to get 'huge', if he cuts to 155 sub 10% bf he'd still look respectable among the average skinny fat guy

a pic would be best... promise not to rub one out to it, but if DSM gets a hold of it, no gaurantee's

cutting is always more esthetic as long as you're not anemic. Girls seem to lke really thin guys now adays.

I have noticed this also, but then again a really thin guy that is 6ft 175 vs a bb 6ft 210, the skinny guy may look like he has cancer standing next to him..
