I have a female friend who has littery dropped 40lb just by changing her diet. She now sits at 117lbs at 5'5". Now she wants to start hitting a gym to get some shape.
Trouble is she suffers from bad rotator's in her shoulders. Shes tried to workout but it hurts her shoulders. I was going to go with her to her gym to see if I can help.
Does anyone have any exercises that take strain off the shoulders for her upper body
Also whats a good 3 day a week womens workout plan look like
