    Question Help with my test prop cycle.

    Whats up guys?
    Here's what i am currently running:
    test prop 125mg eod 1-10 or 12
    finasteride 1mg ed
    aromasin 12.5mg ed

    Well i am on my 5th week of prop, i've noticed good strength gains but no size gains
    or definition. I am looking to cut some serious bodyfat and hopefully add a few pounds of lean mass.
    I have ran h-drol, m-drol, and alpha one in the past so i think that may be why i am not responding that well
    to my first "real" cycle.

    But my question is, what would be good to add in from week 6-10 or 11?
    Also, let me just say...i dont mind pinning ed if needed and im trying to stay away from tren for awhile.
    I was looking into injectable dbol, NPP, primobolan?
    Hopefully you guys can help me out because i am supposed to call my
    guy back soon and let him know what i want.

    Aas alone isn't going to give you anymore definition, that is all diet related. If you have seen no change in your weight I would guess your prop is fake. What is your diet like?

    Sounds like a diet issue to me. Go to the diet section and post up what your eating and get help.

    first off what body fat are you and how many calories are you intaking currently?

    I would not add anything. You need to figure out why youre in week five of a short ester cycle and not putting on size.

    I will post my diet up in the diet section. but i eat really clean and probably around 3,300-3,500 calories a day.
    I currently weigh around 205 with about 13% Bodyfat (just carry a little in lovehandle area but nowhere else)
    Could it be possible that the aromasin is interfering somehow?

    Also, i originally thought the stuff i got could be fake but i know 3 guys on the exact same stuff and they are getting
    good size and strength gains. I'm gonna post my diet up in the diet section and then post it again here so hopefully someone
    can figure out what i'm not doing right.

    10:00 a.m. - 5 omega3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 servings steel cut oats, banana
    1:00 p.m. (postworkout shake) -100% whey protein 2 scoops, 1 serving of glycomaize
    2:00 p.m. (postworkout meal) - 9oz chicken, 8 oz of brown rice
    5:00 p.m. - 100% whey protein 2 scoops, 1 serving of glycomaize
    8:00 p.m. - 8oz of fish, 8oz sweet potato or quinoa, salad w/ veggies
    11:00 p.m. - 4 omega3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup cottage cheese, 3 tbsp natural peanut butter

    I have a program i can plug all of this into and find the exact calories, protein, carbs, fat, etc.
    I'll do that in a little while.
    But yeah, this is my current diet. Comments?

    you aren't eating enough, there is no way that is 3-3500 calories

    yeah start eating more!!!! Clean of course and get rid of that 5 o'clock shake and eat real protein for starters.

    Even with your current diet you should be adding size in my opinion. I think your gear is bunk man. Up the food intake and see how you feel. I would definitely find a new source.

    Yeah, thats what i'm thinking man. I just calculated my diet and here it is:
    3,528 calories. 352g protein. 327g carbs. 80g fat. very, very close to a 40/40/20 diet.
    So it seems to be pretty good so idk whats going on.
    I do have about 35 alpha one pills left over. you think i should add those in instead of trying to get another aas?

    Your gear is either fake or under dosed. You wouldn't even have to ask if it was real you would feel it. I would just try to find another source and get some good gear imo. There are a lot of factors as far as why your friends are getting gains and your not. There's may be real you never know. Maybe your source was running low and sold you some under dosed gear.

    Yeah, it's gotta be under dosed or something.
    my diet and training is good so i should be seeing some gains.
    I'm already stocked up for this cycle but hopefully i can
    find another source for the future.

    dont count shake calories in your daily total and try not to use more than one a day and only PWO if you must.

    would be nice to see your stats and training experience.

    Yeah, i am looking to trade out one of those shakes for red meat (like gymfu suggested) and a complex carb and some veggies maybe.
    21 yrs old. Been training since age 15. I'm about 205lb right now with ~13% bodyfat.
