Put on about 20lbs.
My goals were to get bigger but really want to increase my bench and squat.
My squat went up fast. 285 to 385. I can rep 315 for 10.

My bench is pathetic. Was able to get 214 for 1. Now 250 for 1. I can do 225 for 5.

I want 315 bad.
Working chest 2x a week. Heavy...Well for me

I weigh 250 20% bf. I am very happy with my wieght and frame. Just want to get to 315.
I would have bet with my frame and size it would have been alot easier.

My bud I see once every 3-4 weeks is 220. I look way bigger...
He reps 315 on the bench and max's 385 and his way to 405.....My poor ego.

I will say my upper is sore....really shoulders, bis and traps. Just grabbing a dumbell from the rack my bi's hurt.
Once I get going the pump feels great though.
