My other thread on my HRT progress should be on page 1 or 2 still (
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...t#.TvYn_dR8D_M ) so I wont both posting a ton of history and details in this thread.
I started taking 0.25mg of adex per week when my E2 shot way up and I started developing symptoms (hard tissue under nip, fat gain, more emotional). The adex worked and shot it back down..and probably too low, so I switched to 0.25mg of adex every 2 weeks. About 2 weeks after originally starting adex I started developing horrible patellar tendinitis and eventually really intense golfers/tennis elbow. I also strained a pec about a month in at the insertion point near the sterum. All of these problems are still present and extremely bad despite therapy, supplementation such as cissus and glucosamine, time off from the gym, and rest...quality of life sucks.
At first I thought it was just coincidence but looking back at my log, all of this began when arimidex started "kicking in" and I have absolutely no history of injuries in these areas or being injury prone...however now I feel like im 90 years old and I'm only 22. I also took the standard advice that the dose is too low to cause these problems, but I've also been told numerous times I'm an arimidex over responder. It seems like other drugs such as aromasin have similar side effects as well. Are there any solid alternative choices to control E2 without subjection to pain like this?
