    I would stop the Adex altogether and see what happens. It wasn't that high before (29) and your body may have just needed to adjust to your new HRT treatment.

    If .25mg is shooting your E2 down that hard I would stop taking it. There are other less aggressive E inhibitors out there.
    What other e inhibitors would you recommend?

    Some people have good results from using a DIM (Diindolylmethane). Others don't.
