Ok so i am a 35 yrs old and have been lifting weights religiously for 2 yrs i weigh approx 215lbs ish and am 5'9"
I can bench 315 for reps and squat the same my deadlift is 405 and i can probably do more on all 3 but im nursing some tendonitis elbows shoulders
I wanna do some gh and aas and it has come to my attention that my bf is too high so diet changes are in order
I work out of town in a mine and all my meals are the same everyday also i take a slew of supps same everytime
    Vit c 500mg ,a multivitamin,1200mg glucosaminechondroitinmsm, 1600 mg colostrum ,ginseng, elk antler, fishoil,tribulus,1000 iu vit d and i take it 4 times a day
    #1 1scoop 8oz water protein shake
#2 2 packets of maple bs oatmeal
#3 1 shaknbake chic breast 1cup brown rice a granola bar and a fruit cup with a juice box 2 cups water
#4 same as #3 except for steak and with supps
    #5 same as #3 except with 2 pork/beef sausages
2hrs later superpump max +10g creatine mono
Workout with 1scoop sizeon 1ltr water
#6 Postworkout shake same as morning except for with 5g crea mono
#7 1 cup brown rice and a can of tuna
    Sleep
So now my idea is to change the oatmeal for unflavoured remove the granola bars fruitcups and juice boxs and substitute for brocoli and carrots uncooked but keep everthing else the same i know its wordy but does that sound good or should i tweak the amounts of rice ?
    Thanks for any advice/input

    Welcome to the Diet forum!

Yes replacing the granola and fruit cups with brocolli is a great idea.

Do you take your food in tupperware to work? or do you rely on a place to eat while there?
And what are your goals in what time frame?

and how do you like the elk antler? curious....

    Thanks for the response!!!
I cook 30+ steaks 30+chicken breasts and 70 or so sausages in one shot every month then freeze them in individual bags and yes i bring it all in tupperware to work and microwave it as i go also i cook rice for 3 days in advance its all about convenience as i work 12 hr shifts with 2 hr bus rides daily i barely have time to work out lol and yeah the elk antler i take lots of it 12-16 capsules daily its good for connective tissues and libido and i feel anabolic when im on it
My goals are from the guy in the pic to 13%ish bf in 3 months i may start 4 iu gh in 2 shots daily sq abs also to help

how much sugar is in the Oatmeal? and what about the shake and bake? how does that break down re: calories etc...
... these sound like they need to be cleaner to get the results you want to achieve

I'll comment further when I have more time, but at a glance - definitely drop the sugar laden oatmeal packets. Stick with plain oats, sweeten with splenda and cinnamon.

Also need to see macros for your meals (complete and accurate, protein, carbs, fats, calories, totals for all) and time of day for each.

The more info you provide, the better we can help.

I think thats good if i get rid of the sugar stuff and i also think i will start accurately measure out the rice as ive been "eyeballing" it and think its been consistantly over a cup i think if i make those changes which i did start yesterday and up my cardio (which i did today) that i will see a great improvement
Thanks everybody i will post a new pic once im happy lol
