apprx 220-228 lbs (water weight consuming 1.5 gals of water daily)
been training for 8 years--with no results, met some guys last may, got me down from 36% to my current bf, and also from 276 lbs to my current--so as u can assume im pretty happy with my results. (natural..until 10 wks ago)
I tried a cycle of win tabs 50 mg--by itself-- not hightly suggested ino, but no complaints this way.
PCT--lacked. my source told me, well nvr reli gave me a straight ans--just told me he'd get me big and tight.
8 weeks ago when i took my first win tab, i was 24.3% bf--obvi diet and workout are in check.
but now im thinking about var at 25mg daily, for 14 days, then 50 mgs daily for a while.
what wod b the best pct? clo or nol? and how long should i wate b4 i start the var? time on=time off?
i trust my source, but with the lack of pct, takes away from his credability. so now im leaning on the board bros to help me out. any advice is appreciated.
